We have planted a variety of rootstocks - 101, Riparia and 3309 - and some vines are own-rooted. We have employed heritage and French Dijon clones for our Pinot Noir vines including Pommard, 115, 667 and 777 while our Chardonnay vines are planted to French Dijon clones 76, 95 and 96. Over the years we have determined that 5x5 foot spacing between vines and rows is the optimal vine and row spacing on our site.
We are engaged in a multi-year systematic replanting of our vineyard to improve and upgrade rootstock, clonal varieties and viticultural techniques.
